How to Log in: 

Are you ready to get started? Follow the steps below to register!

  • Visit: https://portal.onesharehealth.com/Logon/. Click Register Now in the upper right corner of the Member Portal.
    NOTE: Dependents and Spouses should register separately.
  • Fill out the Registration form and click Submit.
  • Your username is the email address used at the time of enrollment. Choose a password.
  • Sign Member Agreement and access your Portal. Once you sign in, you will be able to access your Portal and all our Member Resources.

  • Where is my Member ID/ID Number?

    You can find your Member ID/ID Number on your digital Member ID card in the Member Portal.

  • How do I access my Discount Services?

    Members can register at https://wellcardsavings.com/NewUsers.aspx or https://www.WellCardSavings.com, by Clicking “Register Now” in the top right-hand corner using their WellCard Group ID:   

    • AK, MA, MT, and WA Members Use Group ID: OSH to access WellCard Savings   
    • All other states use Group ID: ONESHARE to access WellCard Savings   

    All Members will enter their OneShare Health Member ID found on their ID Card when prompted for WellCard Member ID.   

  • Can I submit a sharing request in the Member Portal?

    You may fill out and submit an Expense Sharing Request Form (Available in the Member Resources Hub), and fax or mail your completed form (CMS HFCA 1500 and/or UB-04 form, this standardized form can be obtained from your provider) to OneShare Health.  

  • Where can I update my method of payment?

     To update your payment method please call our billing department at (855) 699-0348, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST. 

  • Where can I view my electronic ID cards?

    A copy of your digital Member ID Card can be accessed any time by logging into your Member Portal and downloading a copy from the Dashboard.  

  • Where can I search for a Provider?

    Login to Member Portal and select My Choice Provider Locator from your Dashboard.  

    At OneShare Health, our Members are not restricted to an in-network/out-of-network Provider requirement when it comes to Physician and Facility locations. We offer the Freedom of Choice to visit wherever you wish, however, you may incur extra expenses if the provider is not in-network.  

    Not seeing your doctor in the My Choice Provider Locator? Providers will call OneShare Health to verify your Membership, and our trained team of Coordinators will take care of the rest. If your doctor is not found in the Provider Portal or if you have any questions, feel free to contact Member Support at (855) 699-1274
