When you provide your mobile phone number to OneShare Health (for example, during enrollment, account verification, or when requesting information), you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us or our authorized service providers. These messages may include transactional notifications (such as membership updates, payment reminders, or expense sharing request status), service-related announcements, important account alerts, or, if you have separately opted in, promotional and marketing messages about OneShare Health programs and offerings. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All OPT-IN requests include text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us at IT@onesharehealth.com. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive other forms of communication (such as email or phone calls) unless you separately withdraw consent for those channels as well.
